  1. Launch the Windows Settings app.
  2. On the left side, select the Personalization tab.
  3. Click on the Taskbar option in the right pane of the Personalization settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Taskbar Behaviors option and click on it.
  5. In the Taskbar alignment option, click on the picker which will be on the right side, and it will be set to Center by default.
  6. The picker will display two options: center and left. To shift the Windows Menu to the left or center, choose the Left or Center option.
