1. Turn off your VPN
• If you use a VPN, the built-in security features of the VPN client may create this issue. So, turn off your VPN.

2. Refresh the IP Configuration
• Launch the Windows Command Prompt.
• Type the below commands: 

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

3. Restart Winsock
• Launch the Windows Command Prompt with administrative privileges.
• Type the below commands:

netsh winsock reset catalog

4. Examine the Connection Properties on your PC
• Right-click the Wi-Fi connection icon in the taskbar, 
• Click Network & Internet Settings to access the settings screen.
• Click Change adaptor settings, then right-click the relevant connection and choose Properties on Windows 10.

OR

• Click Advanced Network Settings and then choose More network adapter settings. Right-click the relevant connection and choose Properties on Windows 11.
• Confirm that the following boxes are checked:
Client for Microsoft Networks
File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
Link-layer Topology Discovery Responder

5. Update the driver for your network device
• Launch Device Manager.
• Expand Network Adapters category.
• Choose your network device.
• Right-click and choose Update driver.

6. Configure a New DNS Server
• Click the Wi-Fi connection icon in the system tray, then Network & Internet Settings to access the settings screen.
• Click Change adaptor settings, then right-click the relevant connection and choose Properties on Windows 10.

OR

• Click Advanced Network Settings and then choose More network adapter settings. Right-click the relevant connection and choose Properties on Windows 11.
• Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then Properties.
• Input the following DNS server addresses:

9.9.9.9 is the preferred DNS server.
1.1.1.1 is an alternative DNS server.

• Click OK.
