Focus assist is a feature that helps you stay focused on your work and avoid distractions. The main idea behind this new feature is that it will automatically switch off notifications and other alerts when you are working on something important.

It is available in the Settings app and can be turned on or off. This feature will allow you to focus on what’s important by filtering out the distractions.

Microsoft focus assist can be configured to turn off notifications for specific apps such as email, social media, or even just certain websites.

Focus Assist is a feature that will help you focus on the task at hand by blocking out all other distractions.

When Focus Assist is enabled, Office will show you notifications of events that are most important to you. For example, if someone sends you an email or a meeting invitation, they'll be shown at the top of your screen. If someone mentions your name in a chat conversation, they'll be shown on the side of your screen. And if you're working on an email and want to know when it's time to send it, just click "Send" and Focus Assist will automatically save it for later.

Focus Assist is designed to keep you at the moment and not distracted. It can mute notifications, stop apps from running in the background, and prevent apps from opening without your permission.

You can customize your settings by going to Settings > System > Focus Assist. You'll be able to choose how long you want it to wait before it starts blocking notifications, what types of notifications you want to see, and whether or not you want it to block all app launches without permission.
